Terms of Service

Please take a few minutes to review these Terms and Conditions. Your purchase of products from us constitutes your agreement to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.

Tippyscupcakes.com reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our Website.

Terms for placing your order/ pick-up and delivery options

HOW TO ORDER

  1. Choose what you want and “add to cart”
  2. Go to checkout and fill out your details, choose your delivery/pickup option and payment method.
  3. Once you place your order it will be sent to us.

Please allow 48 hours for all orders which include cupcakes and cookies. Please allow 24 hours for orders with more than 6 juices to be fulfilled. 

PLEASE NOTE
You must indicate any allergies you may have when placing your order in the “Additional Information” field on the order form or when asked on the phone (You will still receive an email confirmation and it is your responsibility to check over the order confirmation you receive).

We take no responsibility for any allergies, which are not disclosed to us and not documented via the “Additional Information” field on the checkout page. Or expressed by sending an email to tippy@tippyscupcakes.com with subject “Allergies” and your order number.

All Juice products have not been pasteurized and therefore may contain harmful bacteria that can cause illness in small children, the elderly, and persons with weakened immune systems.

We Are Happy To Help!

If you wish to place your order by phone, we will provide you all the help you need to pay for your order and give you a confirmation number for your transaction.

Choosing your Pick Up or Delivery Option
We deliver to Staten Island and some Brooklyn areas. Please ask for more details on delivery areas and fees when placing your order.

Cancellation Policy
If your order is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to pick up or delivery, we will issue you a store credit for the full amount to be used on your next order.

    Simply download the juice menu and call to place your order for delivery or pick up. 
  2. Call and ask about our current specials!
    Each fresh juice lasts up to 72 hours refrigerated and up to ONE month frozen* (*frozen juices must be defrosted and consumed on the SAME day).

Refund and Return Policy

If there is a problem with an order you’ve received, please call 646-377-7564 or email us at admin@tippyscupcakes.com. Any issues with an order must be reported within 24 hours of when the order was received. We will be happy to give you an exchange.

Depending on the circumstance, Tippy’s Cupcakes may issue a store credit or re-order / exchange.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
